High-tech products for highest requirement
Our high tech-series offer quality on the highest level. Due to the continuous self-sharpening the highest level of stock removal, an extra-long service life and hence an economical grinding are realized. At the same time they achieve an improved surface quality.
For applications involving the dry machining of stainless and high-temperature steels we recommend using TOP SIZE products. Their additional lubricating layer provides increased stock removal rates and significantly reduced temperature in the grinding zone, which prevents work piece structural changes.
VSM CERAMICS Products
The VSM CERAMICS series are special products for aggressive but cool grinding. The use of VSM CERAMICS series lead to an increase in productivity with simultaneous improvement of surface quality and outstanding stock removal.
PEARL
Pearl Products with cloth backing have been developed for an extremely long service life. Due to uniform stock removal they achieve a consistent surface finish during the entire service life.
Zirconia alumina products
Due to the outstanding cutting performance and the additional lubricating layer, our zirconia alumina series allow a very high stock removal with reduced temperature in the grinding zone. The cool grinding leads to an extension of service life and the continuous generation of new cutting edges during the whole service life provides an improved surface quality.
High-quality products for a consistant performance
Our high quality-series such as in-house improved aluminium oxide, silicon carbide and non-woven materials stand for a solid, constant performance. The high quality-products provide high stock removal, long service life and hence economical grinding. At the same time they achieve an improved surface quality.

Aluminium Oxide Products
The aluminium oxide series are tough and very hard. Aluminium oxide is a universal grain for the machining of metal and wood surfaces.
Silicon carbide products
The silicon carbide series are suitable for machining of glass, minerals, ceramics, china, stone, titanium, varnishes, brass, bronze and steel (especially steel sheets).
Non-woven products
The non-woven products are ‘three-dimensional abrasives’ made of nylon-non-woven for surface conditioning. Due to different grit sizes and various layer materials non-woven products are suitable for the machining of nearly all surfaces and sophisticated finishing works.
